We regret to inform you that Fes sSouk is unable to provide information on potential customs fees for international orders. These fees are determined by the shipping carrier and local regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer. You can return any damaged item up to 14 days after the reception. No return will be possible without a proof of damage or a receipt.
Please make sure to not accept any damaged parcel. Before returning an item, we kindly ask that you reach out to us first. We want to ensure a smooth process for you, so please provide us with a picture or physical proof of any damage. If the item was damaged during manufacturing, we apologies for that as we try to ensure all products are inspected before shipping. we will gladly accept the return.
However, if the damage was caused by usage, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Thank you for your understanding.
The exchange is not possible. You can still return a damaged or broken item and we will refund you the full price for the item.
